The stage is set for one of the most iconic races on the Formula 1 calendar as the Formula 1 Pirelli Grand Prix du Canada 2025 roars into Montreal’s Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve from June 13–15, 2025. Returning for its 54th edition and 44th running at this legendary track, this year’s Canadian Grand Prix promises high-stakes racing, thrilling rivalries, and an electric atmosphere in the heart of Quebec.
With the 2025 F1 season reaching a critical midpoint, all eyes will be on the fierce battle at the top of the championship standings. Oscar Piastri leads the Drivers’ Championship, with Lando Norris close behind and defending Canadian GP winner Max Verstappen chasing his fourth straight victory on Canadian soil.
“This is a fan-favorite race with a rich history of unforgettable moments and high drama,” said François Dumontier, President and CEO of the Canadian Grand Prix. “The combination of elite competition, Canadian passion, and the incredible backdrop of Montreal makes this one of the most anticipated events of the year — both in motorsport and for the city.”
In addition to the headline race on Sunday, fans will enjoy three days of action-packed events including F1 practice and qualifying sessions, F2 and F3 support races, and fan experiences in the F1 Fan Zone. The Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve’s renowned “Wall of Champions” and hairpin turns promise plenty of overtaking opportunities and technical challenges.
This year’s event will also mark a significant milestone for Haas F1 Team, celebrating their 200th Grand Prix start with a commemorative retro livery.
