Niki Lauda remains one of the most influential characters of the sport. He captured three World Championships, including two after his near fatal crash at the Nürburgring. Lauda also went on to be instrumental in the early days of the Jaguar Racing Formula One team, which later became Red Bull, now one of the most successful teams in the history of the sport. He was later instrumental in the success of the Mercedes F1 project which led to the team winning eight consecutive Constructors’ titles from 2014-2021.
This front wing is from Niki’s 1977 season with the Ferrari team during which he won his second World Championship, claiming three wins and ten podiums. An iconic piece of history, displaying sponsorship of Agip and Goodyear as well as the Prancing Horse Ferrari logo. This would make a truly stunning display piece for any collection.
