Details

Nicknamed “Hoonitruck,” this 1977 Ford F-150 custom drift truck was built by Ken Block and the Hoonigan team, in collaboration with Detroit Speed, for the viral Gymkhana drift video series, with the entire build taking two years from idea to reality. The 914hp twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine puts power to the ground through a custom all-wheel-drive system. In a video presenting this pickup, Block said the engine even has a bespoke, 3D-printed intake manifold designed by Ford Performance, popping out through the hood and flanked by two turbochargers. Sitting low and wide, Hoonitruck rolls on custom wheels made by Fuel Off-Road that feature real beadlocks, all wrapped in Toyo tires. Block said he was inspired to build a 1977 F-150 specifically because that’s what he first learned to drive and likely did his first burnouts with. **SOLD ON BILL OF SALE**
