The Iron Dames return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the seventh consecutive year, writing yet another chapter in their trailblazing story as the only all-female line-up among the 62 teams entered in the worldโs most iconic endurance race.

Boosted by the collaboration between Porsche Motorsport and Iron Dames, as well as the Manthey racing team, the team is entering the fourth round of the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) at Le Mans with great confidence. Their eye-catching Porsche 911 GT3 R will have the number 85.

After turning heads in 2024 with a livery inspired by childrenโs dreams, the all-female team is returning this year with a new, next-level design that takes that vision even further. This yearโs Powering Your Dreams livery is symbolic as well as eye-catching, with every curve and colour reflecting the pillars of the Iron Damesโ approach: passion, determination, discipline, commitment and energy.

To them, their car is much more than a vehicle โ itโs a rolling declaration of what it takes to chase oneโs dreams, no matter how hard to achieve they may seem, as well as being a visual tribute to what it means to dream and deliver.

The female forces behind the wheel
The Iron Dames line-up is a perfect match for their message and together they form a trio ready to challenge the best and push for a landmark result in the fiercely competitive LMGT3 category with one setback: Porsche-contracted driver Michelle Gatting (Denmark) was injured at the end of the test day in Le Mans and cannot participate in the race. She will be replaced by Sarah Bovy from Belgium.

Rahel Frey (Switzerland): โAs a pioneer in international GT racing with two decades of elite motorsport experience, including multiple Le Mans appearances, Iโm really looking forward to the 24 Hours of Le Mans โ my favourite race of the year! Being back with Porsche, where we achieved our best result so far, and now joining the championship-defending team in partnership with TotalEnergies, makes this event even more special. Itโs another milestone for the Iron Dames project and a testament to how far weโve come! Allez Iron Dames!โ

Cรฉlia Martin (France): โMaking her Le Mans debut, Cรฉlia Martin has quickly risen through the ranks of GT racing and is now stepping onto the world stage with the Iron Dames. โRacing my first 24 Hours of Le Mans is a dream come true, and doing it with the Powering Your Dreams livery makes it even more special,โ says Martin. โTogether with Iron Dames, Porsche, Manthey and TotalEnergies, weโre sending a message that goes beyond racing. With ambition, inclusion and determination โ weโre proving that motorsport can be a force for change, empowering the next generation to chase their dreams, on- and off-track. And I am proud to share this adventure with my two experienced teammates, Michelle and Rahel.โ

About the Iron Dames
Founded in 2018 by Deborah Mayer, Iron Dames is a groundbreaking project that empowers women to compete on equal terms with men in mixed-gender fields. The project began in motorsport, becoming the first all-female line-up to win an FIA World Endurance Championship race in 2023. It has since expanded to a 16-driver line-up, contesting a range of disciplines including single seaters, rallying and karting.

The project is developing year-on-year, with Iron Dames Young Talents nurturing the next generation of female racers in grassroots motorsport. It has also expanded into the equestrian world, with 12 top riders competing in the prestigious Longines Global Champions League. In 2024, the teamโs core values took on new significance with the educational and inspirational Meet the Iron Dames and Every Dream Matters initiatives.

โWomen driven by dreamsโ: the Iron Dames motto applies to all women who break down barriers and go beyond their limits.
