Univergomma, a trusted and long-standing MOMO partner, has successfully licensed and produced MOMO Tires globally for many years. Their success with the MOMO name and ongoing sales growth made the acquisition a natural next step in their strategic development. With this transition, Univergomma is well-positioned to take MOMO into its next chapter on the global stage.
As part of the agreement, MW Company will retain exclusive rights to distribute MOMO products in North America for a minimum of 10 years, allowing MW to continue designing, producing, and marketing MOMO-branded products throughout the region.
