Custom Titanium Zoomie Headers
Made to order custom Titanium Zoomie Headers. Looking to drop some serious weight without compromising performance? There is no better alternative than our extreme lightweight titanium zoomie headers. Hand crafted from Commercially Pure Titanium, mandrel bent and purge-TIG welded. Each system is carefully spec’d to ensure performance is maintained or improved from your supplied existing headers. We take great care in improving strength and durability in these titanium headers, and we typically add no less than 16 gussets or doubler plates per header.
The header flanges are custom designed and CNC machined from pure titanium billet plate, and machined to a perfect fit.
We CNC mandrel bend all the tubes on these titanium zoomie headers, minimizing weld seams, and improving overall durability.
Each system comes standard with 1 support bracket, hand-fit notched brackets on the tips, flange gussets, floating bracket sleeves, and doublers on the zoomie tips.
Each system comes with optional features such as EGT sensor bungs, O2 sensor bungs, and O2 sniffer kits.
We will use your existing zoomie headers, whether stainless or mild steel, and create an exact replica in pure lightweight titanium.
Each system will boast at least 40% in weight reduction, and comes with a fitment guaranteed to match or improve your previous set.
We will also keep your design on file if you ever wish to add a second or third set to your header rotation, leading to shorter lead times and unbeatable service.
